On Saturday, April 19, 2025, the City of Lake Charles Partners in Parks Initiative and Cumulus Broadcasting, will present the 2025 Citywide Easter Egg Hunt from 10 am – noon at Hillcrest Park (2808 Hillcrest Dr.).
The egg hunt, featuring 25,000 treat-filled eggs, will feature special hunts for children ages 1-3, 4-6, 7-9 and 10-12. A sensory-friendly and accessible egg hunt will also be held. 
Louisiana King of Kings Lodge #25 of the Most Worshipful HB Turner Grand Lodge of Texas and Lake Charles Coca-Cola are also sponsors of this year’s Citywide Easter Egg Hunt.
Cumulus Broadcasting will be providing chocolate eggs and Easter bunnies from Elmer’s for the occasion and Chuck the Train will have special conductor, just in time for Easter. Participants will have to opportunity to enjoy food, fun, games and more!
