Power has been restored and the Water Billing Office has resumed regular services.

The City of Lake Charles Transit Center, located at 1155 Ryan St., is currently experiencing a power outage.

 

The City of Lake Charles Water Billing Office, located within the Transit Center, is currently without phone and internet service, and is unable to process payments or access account information at this time.

 

Water bill payments can still be made online at www.cityoflakecharles.com or by calling (337) 545-2999.

 

The Water Billing Office will resume regular service as soon as power is restored.

 

Transit Services are fully operational at this time and are not affected by this outage.
