The City of Lake Charles Partners in Parks Initiative and Southwest Louisiana Credit Union are teaming up for Southwest Smart START Financial Fun for Kids on Saturday, January 20, 2024, from 10 a.m. – noon. This free, interactive event will take place at McMillan Park, 343 Goos St.

Attendees will have the opportunity to engage in fun activities all geared towards getting kids interested in financial literacy. Chances to spin the prize wheel, cash prizes and refreshments will all be part of this free and open to the public event.
