Team Registration Now Open for Youth Tackle Football
The City of Lake Charles Recreation and Parks Department and McNeese State University Athletics are once again teaming up to present the Next Stars Football League this fall.
Team registration for this 12U youth tackle football league is now open. Cost to register is $500 per team. No individual registrations will be allowed, and the age cut off is August 1.
Games will be held at the Ward 3 Power Center Sports Complex and the play-off championship series is scheduled to be played at McNeese’s Cowboy Stadium.
Team registration is available on the 4th floor of Lake Charles City Hall, located at 326 Pujo Street. A birth certificate is needed for each player. Team registration deadline is Friday, September 8.
